Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, we offer home delivery service throughout Mallorca. You can select the delivery option when placing your order. For deliveries outside Palma city, specific rates will apply. Once the order has been placed, we will call you to pay for the delivery.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

Yes, you can choose the date and time slot for the delivery of your flowers when placing your order.

Do you have seasonal fresh flower options?

Yes, we carry a variety of seasonal fresh flowers. We recommend you contact us by phone to find out about our current assortment.

What should I do to care for my flowers once I receive them?

We include care instructions with every order. Generally, you should cut the stems at an angle, place the flowers in fresh water and change them daily to keep them fresher longer.

Can I customize a bouquet of flowers?

Yes, we offer customization options for our bouquets. You can select the flowers you prefer or specify a particular style when placing your order. Give us a call and we will customize your order!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers.

What do I do if the flowers arrive damaged?

If your flowers arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery and we will be happy to offer you a solution, such as a refund or replacement.

Can I include a dedication card with my order?

Of course! We offer the option of including a personalized dedication card when placing your order.

Do you ship for special occasions?

Yes, we offer specialized services for occasions such as weddings, anniversaries and corporate events. You can contact us for a tailor-made service.

What happens if I'm not at home when the flowers are delivered?

Before making any home delivery, we will call you to confirm that someone can pick up the order. If once we are at the delivery address it is not possible to deliver the order, the bouquet will be returned to our store and you can pick up the order in store. If you wish to have it delivered again, you must first pay the home delivery fee again.

Is it possible to make returns?

No, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

How can I calculate shipping rates outside Palma City?

You will find them on the Shipping Rates List page for each location. However, for deliveries to very remote areas of the island, the rates may be higher depending on the difficulty of delivery.

What is the PREMIUM Delivery service?

Our Premium Delivery service offers an enhanced delivery experience, allowing you to choose a specific delivery time to suit your needs. Unlike the standard delivery service, which has more general time slots, premium delivery gives you complete flexibility to receive your flowers at the time that suits you best. This service costs an additional 15€, ensuring that your order arrives on time and at your convenience. Perfect for special occasions or surprises, place your order and enjoy the convenience of our premium delivery!

Can I place an order by phone?

Of course! You can easily place your order over the phone. Just call us at the number provided and our team will be happy to take your order for you. This option is perfect if you prefer to speak to us directly or if you need help choosing the ideal flowers. We look forward to seeing you!
