Shaping your proposal
We prepare a bespoke proposal outlining the floral concept, arrangements, timeline and budget. Together, we refine it to ensure every element of the design reflects your vision.
Securing your date
Once you approve the proposal, we finalise the agreement and confirm your booking with a deposit. Your date is then secured, and we move forward with the preparations.
Refining every detail
We finalise the flower selection, colours and placement of each arrangement. We coordinate the logistics and, where needed, visit your venue to plan the installation.
Bringing the design to life
Our team takes care of delivery, installation and removal as agreed. Where needed, we also arrange for the flowers to be moved between ceremony and reception spaces, preserving the design throughout your celebration.
